Ba-Thong Phan has more than 30 years of experience in helping customers deploy and implement solutions for mechanical engineering, from design to data management and manufacturing.

Ba-Thong Phan is Senior Technical Manager, Professional Solutions for Asia Pacific South at Dassault Systèmes. Ba-Thong joined SOLIDWORKS in January 2000 and has worked in the CAD industries since 1985.

Prior to joining SOLIDWORKS, Ba-Thong spent 10 years with Matra Datavision. He was the Technical Manager for the company’s China Operations, located in Beijing. He moved successfully from software development engineering to become a Technical Support and Pre-sales engineer within Matra Datavision, both in France and USA.

Ba-Thong has also worked with Renault Automobiles (France) developing specific 3D CAD applications for car body design as well as complex 3 to 5 axis machining algorithm for surface machining.

Ba-Thong graduated from Institut des Sciences Appliquées de Lyon (INSA), an engineering college in France, with a Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering. Concurrently, Ba-Thong hold a Master’s degree in Mechanical Analysis (CAD/CAE) from Université Claude Bernard in Lyon France

Sally’s 9 years of post-sales experiences revolves around the distribution of equipment in the production and manufacturing industries. She further diversified her portfolio into various other industries following her inception into Creatz3D in 2012 to promote the industrial adoption of 3D printing.
