- Manual Form: Please complete before 10/10/2023The information noted in the manual form will be the original base so that organizers can verit ify for printing and installation purposes. The manual form also includes vital information for the participating companies in the fair. Please kindly read through each section and save this information.
- Move in/ Move out: In this form, you fill in the information about the products and equipment displayed and used at the exhibition in advance, in 2 photocopies, to proceed right at the gate of goods import and export, avoid wasting time registering when coming to arrange the booth.If your company has large capacity machines, please connect with Ms Huong Giang (*2) before October 15th, 2023, so that we can arrange the delivery of equipment before the exhibition for your company.
- List of rental items at the exhibition: In addition to the items included in the standard booth package / self-designed booth, the Organizer also provides essential items for use in the booth when your business want to be provided on demand. Please read through and have a response before October 20th, 2023 so that we can better prepare for you.

- Travel Visa Application Vietnamese entry visa is required for all foreigners wishing to visit Vietnam, except those enjoying visa exemption in bilateral agreements between Vietnam and country concerned, and those enjoying unilateral visa exemption policy by the Vietnamese Government. As of January 2022, regular passport holders of 25 countries DO NOT need a visa for Vietnam.Entry visa to Vietnam can be applied BY POST or IN PERSON at the Embassy. The visa application procedure at the embassies would require applicants to send off their passport and fill applicant form (in person or by mail).
