1. Our Design Software COPRA RF – Standard in roll forming

data M’s software module COPRA RF Sections is tailor-made for the design and development of open as well as closed profile cross sections. It’s equally suited for simple as well as complex profiles.
Together with the optional analysis modules and COPRA RF Roll Design, roll formers have everything they need for consistent processing of high quality roll formed sections.

COPRA RF Tubes is the leading software solution for the design of roll tools in tube mills. The modular-built package provides the fitting solution for almost any specific requirement. Producers of round-, rectangular- as well as shaped tubes will find numerous pre-defined strategies for an efficient manufacturing that only needs to be adjusted to the specific demands.

Additionally, the software solution COPRA RF WireRolling is specifically tailored to the rolling of wire profiles.

2. Our Simulation Software COPRA FEA RF – the virtual rollforming line

data M’s simulation software COPRA FEA RF makes cost-intensive trial and error processes obsolete. The module calculates even complex rollforming operations with hundreds of stations as well as pre- and post-processing manufacturing steps reliably and fast. Model creation is fully automized – there is no need for a dedicated FEA specialist.

3. Profile- and Roll Measurement – more than just quality control

data M’s innovative COPRA ProfileScan Desktop is the ideal device for quality management of roll formed profiles. By contactless and non-destructive measurement with only one camera, it is particularly cost-effective and able to measure the whole visible cross section.

The COPRA RollScanner not only ensures constant high product quality at low cost. Moreover, it is the entire point towards a fully integrated roll management solution. Together with data M’s roll database COPRA RLM, the customer can exploit the full potential of the tool stock and keep track of the wearout of his roll tools. After every scan, the contour parameters will be stored in the database and are available for further use.
