1. Accessory Sticking Equipment

The accessory sticking equipment is designed to solve labeling workstations in notebook, mobile phone, and automobile manufacturing. It accurately places various accessory sticking materials (such as labels, tapes, foams, thermal conductive sheets, conductive sheets, etc.) according to product design specifications, replacing traditional labeling methods. With feeding, sticking, and flexible switching functions, the machine is suitable for mixed-line production, improving efficiency, stability, and supporting intelligent manufacturing processes.

2. Outer Box Labeling Machine

The outer box labeling machine is designed with automatic peeling, strong universality, and a double-layered feeder. It integrates a robot module, positioning mechanism, binocular vision, and CCD camera to achieve accurate labeling. The motion system adopts an anti-static belt, side blocking, and a two-stage design (feeding and labeling). The double-layer feeder can hold up to 10 feeders with 20 different label types for a single product. This solution ensures high-speed, precise, and flexible labeling, supporting intelligent and efficient manufacturing.

3. Stereoscopic Storage and Retrieval Equipment

The stereoscopic storage and retrieval equipment is designed with strong universality, supporting intelligent production and quick loading. Equipped with robot modules, vision systems, motion modules, and automatic feeding, it enables precise and efficient storage and retrieval. The system can be seamlessly integrated with AGV and MES, featuring a quick-release and quick-change mechanism. This solution optimizes production lines, reduces manual labor, and enhances operational efficiency.
