1. Industrial 3D Printing (SLA/SLA/FDM/FGF/SLM)

Additive Manufacturing / Industrial 3D Printing is a manufacturing method that builds parts layer by layer directly from digital data, instead of removing material through traditional machining.
It enables businesses to shorten product development cycles, create complex geometries, reduce material waste, and accelerate time-to-market.

Key technologies include:

SLS (Selective Laser Sintering): uses a laser to sinter polymer powder, ideal for functional prototypes and short-run production with good mechanical strength.
SLA (Stereolithography): cures photopolymer resin with UV light, delivering high accuracy and smooth surface finish, ideal for appearance models and fine-detail parts.
SLM (Selective Laser Melting): fully melts metal powder with a laser to produce high-performance metal parts for demanding engineering applications.

Vacuum Casting is a process that replicates parts from a master pattern (typically SLA or CNC) using silicone molds under vacuum conditions.
It is ideal for pilot runs and low-volume production, offering fast turnaround, lower cost, and near injection-molded part quality for form-fit-function validation.

3. Metrology Measurement and inspection

Metrology Inspection (3D Inspection) is the process of accurately measuring a part’s dimensions and geometry by Xtom 3D scanner then comparing the results with CAD data or Blueprint drawing. This helps detect deviations early, maintain consistent quality control, reduce scrap, and ensure proper fit and assembly from prototyping to production.
