Bach Loi Thong specializes in precision machining and custom mold component manufacturing. With over 8 years of experience, we offer precision machining services based on drawings, meeting stringent technical requirements for dimensions, tolerances, and surface quality. Our main products include: ejector pins, step pins, flat pins, tubular pins, mold inserts, mold plates, guide blocks, jigs, fixtures, and other precision mechanical parts, serving a wide range of industries.
The company continuously invests in modern machinery systems, including various types of machines such as: surface grinders, micro grinders, centerless grinders, wet grinders, wire cutters, CNC machines, lathes, and milling machines, to meet the requirements of high-precision machining.
Besides our production capacity, we also invest in quality control equipment to monitor product dimensions and quality, such as: height gauges, hardness testers, and 2D measuring machines.
