1. Motorcycle clutch

FCC Vietnam produce clutches for 50cc to 350cc motorcycles. Our clutch systems are engineered to provide smooth power transmission, excellent heat resistance, and long service life, ensuring optimal performance in various operating conditions. 2. EV motor/ E-axle

FCC Vietnam develops high‑performance electric motorcycle motor and E‑axle unit designed for next‑generation mobility. The integrated E‑axle from motor, swing arm and MCU delivers strong, efficient, and quiet operation, providing smooth acceleration and improved energy efficiency for modern electric two‑wheelers.

3. Inverter for hydralic DC machine

The inverter device from FCC helps reduce the power consumption of aluminum die‑casting machines ranging from 350 tons to 800 tons.

When the die‑casting machine is idle or when hydraulic pressure is not required, the inverter program controls the operation of the hydraulic pump motor, stopping the pump when appropriate, thereby reducing overall electricity usage.

The energy‑saving efficiency is approximately 22% for 350‑ton die‑casting machines and 28–30% for 800‑ton die‑casting machines.

By reducing power consumption, the system helps lower electricity costs and contributes to minimizing CO₂ emissions.
