ENGINE HANGERS FOR MOTORCYCLE

Materials are high tensile steels SPFH590, SCM440, S35C. Robot welding, CNC lathe and CNC milling and boring. Surface treatment with ED painting that can be passed 500 hours of salt-spaying test; induction hardening and nitriding. Assembly with bearing, plastic, rubber parts. Products are supplied to our Japanese and European customers.

PUBLIC SEATING SYSTEM

Materials are steel sheet SPCC, flat bar SS400 and aluminium. Processing by CNC Sheet metal punching, robot welding and powder coating to creat high-value-added public seating product that satisfy our Japanese customers.

AUTOMOTIVE SEAT FRAME

Materials are high tensile steel SAPH440, plastic and powder coating. Steel processing of automotive seat frame weighted 10 kg is carried out by stamping. This range of products are exported to our customer in Korea.

STAMPING AND DEEP DRAWING PRODUCTS

Materials are SPCC, SPFH590 ect. Products are processing by stamping and deep drawing with hydraulic pressing machines from 20 tons to 600 tons. Surface treatment of liquid spraying paint Uniground. This range of products are supplied to our Japanese customers

WELDING PRODUCTS FOR AUTOMOTIVE

Materials are high tensile steels SPFH590, SCM440 ect. Products are processing by stamping, robot welding (MIG, TIG, Spot, Brazing Welding) and CNC tube bending. Surface treatment with ED painting that can be passed 500 hours of salt-spaying test. This range of products are supplied to our Japanese and European customers
