1. XYZAX AXCEL RDS – Flexible 3D Measurement with Rotating Probe Head
XYZAX AXCEL RDS is a next-generation 3D coordinate measuring machine featuring best-in-class accuracy, reinforced by a newly developed high-rigidity bridge and four-way air bearing support.
Equipped with the RDS-C5 rotary probe head, the machine enables flexible multi-directional scanning and supports complex geometric measurement applications within a wide temperature range from 15 to 30°C.
2. SURFCOM NEX 200 – Simultaneous Surface and Contour Inspection for Optimized Production Efficiency
SURFCOM NEX 200 is an integrated contour and surface roughness measuring machine, utilizing linear drive technology to achieve outstanding measuring speed and minimized vibration.
With its new hybrid detector offering a wide measuring range, the system enables simultaneous evaluation of both surface roughness and contour in a single measurement with high accuracy, reducing operation time.
3. RONDCOM NEX 200 – Fast and Stable Roundness and Cylindricity Measurement at 0.02 μm Accuracy
RONDCOM NEX 200 is a CNC roundness and cylindricity measuring machine offering high rotational accuracy of 0.02 μm, ideal for geometric quality control in precision manufacturing.
With a measuring height of 500 mm and a loading capacity of up to 30 kg, it enables fast and stable inspection of a wide range of components.
