Auto lathe part

Turning products such as motor shafts, NUTs and couplings to meet all requirements according to customer drawings. – The current investment in machinery is 15 Citizen CNC lathes with the smallest to largest machining sizes of Ø51*3000 on all materials with high precision. – Automatic mechanism and equipped with front and rear chuck, can perform 2 milling and turning features simultaneously, thereby helping to cut costs and ensure production progress with quantities of up to thousands of products. / day. – Distinctive advantages: Automatic bar feeding system, can process lump billets, rotation speed increases 3-4 times (8000 – 10000 rpm) – Can be processed on all materials and surface treated according to customer requirements

2. Milling part

The factory invests in over 90% of new CNC machines imported from major brands from Japan (Brother, Makino, Rother, Akira, Dacor) and America (Hurco). Typically, 5-axis milling machines allow machining complex products that require high precision with tolerances of only about 0.005mm and machining sizes up to 1000mm.

3. The product of assembly

Specializing in assembling products such as: surgical lights, surgical tables, 3D printers, dental film scanners, dental guns,… About 60% of Bach Tung’s products are exported to Korea, Japan, America and some countries in Europe.
