PRODUCTS

1. CI

-HCR is a centrifugal multi-stage in-line pump suitable for a wide range of duties. This type of pump can be used for building services as well as various industrial applications.

-The maximum liquid temperature of HCR pumps is 120°C. Normal temperature type is -20°C up to 70°C. It may be necessary to use a motor with a higher output power rating for the above unique application.
-HCR are not self-priming pumps. Pump intake and discharge are located on the same axis, at the bottom of the pump. A standard mechanical cartridge seal in the shaft inlet separates the electric motor from the pump. The liquids must not chemically attack the pump materials. When pumping liquids with a density or viscosity which are higher than that of water, a motor with a higher output power rating shall be used.

2. VI

A specially designed centrifugal pump introduced by MCKARLEN to technology and consumers is called: VI – Inline Pipeline Pump. The pump is a vertical shaft pump, but it only has 1 impeller. It operates on the principle of centrifugal force like other conventional pumps. The impeller is centrally balanced for stable operation, no vibration and noise, and achieves large flow parameters.

3. SV – 750

The vertical submersible pump series pumps foundation pits, thin mud APP SV with high efficiency, energy saving, reduces operating costs. Flexible application such as wastewater drainage and in industry.
Outstanding features:

• High anti-electric leakage coefficient IP68, each copper wire core coil inside has a protective paper layer to supply power.
• The impeller material is heat-treated FCD45, the spiral design reduces wear. Open centrifugal impeller, large flow suction, high pressure suitable for industrial use.
• Compact design, energy saving, no noise, easy to use and maintain.
• Designed with cast iron feet and head, stainless steel 304 body, high-quality anti-leakage carbon silicon pump seal, high-quality copper wire wound motor increases the life of the machine.
• The pump will automatically stop working when the temperature is too high, about 80 -100OC.
  Application: SV slurry and pit pumps are used to supply water to factories, residential areas, family apartments that need to use a lot of water and are used in industries that need to treat wastewater such as food, chemical, environmental companies, etc.
