EMBOSSED WORM GEAR HOSE CLAMPS

YDS embossed worm gear hose clamps are popular, economy and precision-engineered to use in many general applications. Sometimes called worm drive hose clamps, non-perforated band hose clamps, or German type hose clamps. They are produced in accordance with the DIN 3017 and RoHS & REACH standard. The smooth non-perforated band and flared edge prevent soft silicone hoses from shearing and fraying during installation. Material and clamping range are stamped on the band. Embossed worm gear hose clamps are available in W2 and W4 stainless steel material, and available in 9mm and 12mm band widths.

9W MINI HOSE CLAMPS

YDS mini hose clamps are the popular general purpose in small hoses applications and narrow areas. They also called micro gear or worm drive type M clamps. The 0.35″ band width is our innovated design for higher installation torque of meeting or exceeding 26 in-lbs (3.0 Nm). Material is stamped on the housing and clamping range is stamped on the band. Mini hose clamps are available in carbon steel screw, 430 S.S. screw, all 300 S.S. and all 316 S.S. material.

1/2” HIGH TORQUE WORM DRIVE HOSE CLAMPS

YDS high torque hose clamps are the general purpose in automotive, turbo, marine and industrial applications. Sometimes called worm gear hose clamps and American type hose clamps.

The 1/2″ width punched perforated band enables clamps to install easily and hold strong. 2-piece lock housing construction provide superior engagement of screw threads to band for providing a superior tightening torque meets or exceeds 88 in-lbs. Material are stamped on the housing, and clamping range are stamped on the band. 1/2″ High torque hose clamps are available in carbon steel screw, 304 S.S. screw, and 316 S.S. screw material.
