RM-EGB is one of the standout flagship products in the lineup.
RobustMotion RM-EGB Compact Electric Finger utilizes an “Electric Replace Pneumatic” design concept. RM-EGB is a compact electric gripper that offers high cost-performance and easy operation, making it an ideal replacement for pneumatic grippers of the same specifications. With all components integrated into a credit-card-sized unit, the RM-EGB requires just one cable for plug-and-play compatibility with I/O, eliminating the need for parameter adjustments or complex setup. It delivers a wider range of clamping forces than other electric grippers in its class, with a stroke range of 6-10mm and four selectable force levels, from 10N to 80N. The RM-EGB boasts impressive opening and closing speeds, with the high-speed spec. (RM-EGB-06H-16D) achieving a cycle time of just 0.2 seconds for both opening and closing.

RobustMotion SoftForce® 3.0 Precision Force Control is a self-developed technology combining the advanced motion control algorithm, high-speed force sensing design and mechatronics design. It achieves industry-leading force control accuracy of ±0.01N with a processing frequency of 10,000Hz, enabling precise control without overshoot, even at high speeds.

SoftForce® High-Precision Force Control technology features real-time force feedback and intelligent adjustment capabilities, ensuring smooth and precise motion, which significantly enhances production efficiency and product quality.

This technology is highly flexible and adaptable, meeting the rigorous demands of precision motion control across various industries. The RM MagiFloater® is the only magnetic levitation planar motor system in China. *Autonomous Path Planning of the Mover
RM MagiFloater® is equipped with an advanced AI scheduling algorithm that allows the system to autonomously plan optimal routes with just the input of a start and end point. This eliminates the need for manual intervention or complex route programming typically required by engineers on-site. The system automatically calculates the most efficient path, reducing the complexity of path planning and improving both the operational efficiency and flexibility of the system.

*Intelligent Dynamic Obstacle Bypass
In real-world applications, the movers might encounter congestion at workstations or other physical obstructions. RM MagiFloater®’s AI-driven scheduling algorithm continuously monitors system conditions, and when obstacles or congestion are detected ahead, the system automatically reroutes the mover. This dynamic adjustment ensures the smooth and uninterrupted operation of the system.
