1. CNC MACHINING CENTER

The VDLS series vertical machining center is a brand-new CNC machine developed and produced by General Technology Group Dalian Machine Tool Co., Ltd. It boasts outstanding performance, high efficiency, and reliability. Built on a foundation of high rigidity and stability, the cross-sliding table with full support load ensures the ability to handle heavy workloads during machining. The wide-span inverted “T” column effectively reduces vibration and deformation during high-speed cutting, while the high-speed direct-drive spindle provides high-quality machining capability. Its high-performance chip removal ability enables users to work efficiently. It is an ideal choice for single-piece production as well as for manufacturers in the automotive, energy, power generation, and mechanical engineering industries.

2. CNC LATHE MACHINE

The CLS-20 CNC Lathe is a two-axis coordinated, semi-closed-loop CNC lathe. The main machine body is cast as a whole, with the bed guide rail layout inclined at 45 degrees, providing high rigidity. The control system adopts FANUC 0i-TF, GSK, and other systems, along with AC servo drives. It is capable of performing various turning processes on axis components within φ260mm and disc-type components within φ300mm.

3. CNC LATHE MACHINE

DT series inclined bed CNC lathes are widely used in the processing of shaft parts and disc parts in the automobile, mold, bearing, petroleum, coal machinery manufacturing and other industries. The parts can automatically complete multiple processes such as turning and boring after one clamping.

4. CNC MACHINING CENTER

TD series vertical drilling and tapping machining center is widely used in the processing of small and medium-sized plate parts, disc parts, and shells in the 3C (PC, mobile phone, communication) industry, auto parts, small mold processing, medical and other industries. After one clamping, the parts can complete multiple processes such as milling, boring, drilling, and tapping. It has the characteristics of high precision, high automation, high reliability, high degree of mechatronics, simple operation, and beautiful overall shape.
