PRODUCTS

1. CNC system

CNC system is a CNC product developed for inclinedbed CNC lathes and turning centers. CNC systems can control 8 feed
axes (including Cs axis), 3 spindles, and are connected to the servo drive and I/O
unit through the GSK-Link bus. The matching servo motor uses a high-resolution
absolute encoder to achieve a position accuracy of 0.1μm, which can meet the
requirements of high-precision turning and milling combined machining.
CNC system has a network interface, supporting remote
monitoring and file transmission. It can meet the requirements of networked
teaching and workshop management, and is the best choice for numerical control
of inclined bed CNC lathes and turning centers.

2. The GSK-LINK bus AC servo

The GSK-LINK bus AC servo drive unit supports the GSK-Link bus protocol. Basic features of this series of servo unit:
The control algorithms of the AC permanent-magnet synchronous servo motor and AC
asynchronous spindle servo motor are integrated, so the motor parameters can be set to adapt to
the AC permanent-magnet synchronous servo motor and AC asynchronous spindle servo motor.  Due to the high-speed real-time communication with the CNC through GSK-Link fieldbus, the connection is simplified, and the transmission distortion of analog signals and pulse signals can be avoided. The servo unit also supports the real-time monitoring, parameter management and servo parameter tuning through the CNC
Various control modes are supported: position, speed, position/speed and torque control modes.  Two position feedback input interfaces are provided, supporting encoder communication protocols (e.g. BISS, Endat2.2 and Tamagawa) and incremental encoders. The absolute or incremental
grating rulers can be connected for full closed-loop control.  This product has strong overload drive capability and large brake pipe capacity. It can be
connected with the external brake resistor, with high starting and braking speeds.  Three voltage levels, i.e. 220V, 380V and 440V are available to adapt to different power grids

3. The sinusoid AC permanent magnet synchronous servo motors

The sinusoid AC permanent magnet synchronous servo motors, which are researched, developed and manufactured by GSK CNC Equipment Co., Ltd. adopts high
performance rare-earth magnetic material, owns high torque inertial ratio, good low speed performance, high overload capability and high reliability etc., which can widely satisfy the requirements of CNC machine tools and automation equipment, etc.

4. 6 axes robot

6 axes robot:
composed by six motor and robot have 6 degrees,its reach motion range from 900 to 3500mm,and payload from 3-500kg.it can work with other machines such as cnc machines,laser machines,punch machines together to creat a automation line.The work MTBF time is about 90000 hours.it can replace human to do some simple work especially in dangerous enviroment.

5. 6 axes welding robot

6 axes welding robot:
Composed by six motors and have 6 degree.robot with welding power source is a complete welding robot unit.with different welding specification,it can welding many materials,such as carbon steel,stainless steel.aluminium,copper.The material thickness from 0.3mm to 20mm can be welding.It can replace human to do welding job and work with load system to creat a auto welding line.
