Single-Axis Robot Total Solution:

HIWIN Single-Axis Robot Total Solution

A one-stop total solution for customers – including Single-Axis Robot Total Solution, motors, and drives. HIWIN products feature high-speed response, high acceleration response, vibration suppression, and high-speed network communication interfaces.

Linear Guideway

A linear guideway allows a type of linear motion that utilizes rolling elements such as balls or rollers. By using recirculating rolling elements between the rail and the block, a linear guideway can achieve high precision linear motion.

Advantages and features of HIWIN Linear Guideways: high positional accuracy, long life with high motion accuracy, high-speed motion is possible with low driving force, equal loading capacity in all directions, easy installation, easy lubrication, interchangeability.

Ballscrew

HIWIN precision Ballscrews provide the smoothest and most accurate movement, along with low drive torque, high stiffness, and quiet motion with a predictably extended service life. HIWIN rolled Ballscrews also provide smooth movement and long life for general applications with less precision at a lower price. HIWIN has modern facilities, highly skilled engineers, quality manufacturing and assembly processes, and uses quality materials to meet your special requirements.

Multi-Axis Robot

HIWIN is the only company in the world that can supply a full series of Robots to customers, including Wafer Robots, 6-axis Robots, SCARA Robots, and Delta Robots. The key components are made by HIWIN to offer customers added value and achieve smart manufacturing.

1. Wafer robots are installed in the semiconductor industry for wafer handling, with very precise and reliable performance. HIWIN has dual-arm and single-arm wafer robots. They can be integrated with customer processes according to the process layout.

2. The 6-axis robot is the most flexible, like a human arm, with 6 degrees of freedom for machine pick and place and automation processes. We have 5 Kg, 10 Kg, and 20 Kg loading capacities to fulfill customer applications.

3. The SCARA robot has 4 axes and is suitable for automation processes for handling products on the same surface. It is installed for product pick and place, inspection, and assembly applications.

4. The Delta robot has 4 axes and, with the integration of a CCD camera in the production line, is suitable for high-speed dynamic tracking, pick and place in medical, electronic, and food handling processes.
