Hold Well was established in 1983, bringing 40 years of production experience of machine tool accessories to the global market. Our product range includes angle head, U-axis boring and milling heads, BMT / VDI Live & Static tool holders, Swiss tool holders, Dovetail tool holders, multi-function mill-turn heads, and Vise.
We have since expanded our services to include customized gearbox/reducer design and manufacturing for various applications, such as AGV, ARM, and roller cam gearboxes. We offer a comprehensive service from design (ODM) to manufacturing (OEM), providing tailor-made products that meet the specific needs of our customers.

1. Taiwan NO.1 Angle Head

• Customized setting blocks can be easily installed without any modifi¬cation of machine construction.
• The body is made of Ductile Cast Iron with high tensile strength.
• Can be automatic tool changed. Save time; increase efficiency.
• Cutting direction can be adjusted from 0 to 360 degree. Can easily be set by indicating the datum face.
• Low temperature rising, waterproof, oil-proof, and dust-proof.
• Avoids turning workpiece around to increase accuracy and productivity.
• Ideal for drilling, tapping, end milling, face milling, internal machining, curved surface machining, and various machining applications

2. Driven Tool Holder is produced in accordance with DIN69880

• According to construction：0° (Axial)、90° (Radial)、Offset、Others
• According to External, Internal coolant
• According to input / output ratio：1:1、speedup、slow-down
• According to connecting surface：VDI(DIN69880)、BMT (Base Mount Tooling)
• Accuracy:
  – Cavity at Bore : 0.003mm
  – Test Bar at Face : 0.01mm
  – Test Bar at 50 mm : 0.02mm
  – Test Bar 50 mm for D’s Parallelism: 0.01mm

3. U-Drive unit

• With a U-Drive unit commanding the feed control of the tool slide and tool placement even during rotation, it is made to offer the solution to a series of processes such as threading, conical threading, grooves, slots, curve surface machining and other complex pro¬les. It makes it possible to do turning operations on all machine centers.
• It is designed to be used on automatic tool changers to maximize the working efficiency.
• Modular tool-holder slide with interchangeable design permits the various tool applications and machining.
• It is specially designed with two counter-weights for automatic balancing, which move opposite to the slide to effectively eliminate oscillations
