1. Wire Cutters

The M50HP Wire EDM offers high speed and precision, with ideal Non-Stop operation. An electric current is passed through the wire repeatedly and the cut wire is stretched during heat treatment to straighten it by dry annealing. This allows for nearly 100% automatic wire feeding at the wire break point. (Patented in Japan, Europe and the United States) This top-of-the-line AWF automatic wire feeder supports non-stop operation with significantly improved operating speeds.

2. Punching machine

The punching machine adopts high rigidity rack design, thus improving the stability and reliability of the whole machine in terms of precision. The transmission center and the machine center are consistent to ensure accurate and stable punching. Using high-sensitivity and reliable clutch/brake as well as international leading duplex magnetic valve as well as overload protection devices to ensure the accuracy and safety of the press operation and stop. Possessing advanced design ideas, low noise, low consumption and energy saving.

3. CNC Center machine

Three axis based on the use of straight trajectory, large-scale column is not deformed at high speed. The moving speed reaches 48m/min. In fact, high-speed 3D running can process heavy and large molds on the same machine.
