Automatic Material Feeding System

The centralized feeding system performs concentrated processing and closed transportation of raw materials, helping to avoid workshop contamination, optimize the workshop environment, and prevent mixing accidents that may occur during production when staff transport raw materials in and out of the workshop. This is crucial as it can reduce energy consumption, improve product quality, enhance work efficiency, and improve the company’s image.

Pelletizing Machine – Granulator.

Single-screw and twin-screw pelletizing machines, as well as conical twin-screw machines, are suitable for a wide range of pelletizing materials including PP, PE, PVC, and HDPE.

They are used for extrusion of various pipes, production lines, rattan imitation machines, precision medical tubing production lines, wood-plastic composites, decorative PVC micro-bubble sheets, and PMMA pipe production lines.

When extracting materials from the nozzle, they must be crushed immediately to ensure that the crushed material remains clean and dry. After the crushed material is dust-filtered and proportioned, the crushed pellets and raw materials are mixed into the screw shaft for molding. This process produces high-quality products and enables recycling.

It is crucial to prevent nozzle materials from being contaminated by oxidation and moisture (water vapor absorption) within the shortest time possible (60 seconds) without damaging the physical properties, strength, stress, color, and gloss of the plastic.
