1. MEP 3700 series

MEP 3700 series is a one‑component, heat‑curable water‑based epoxy sprayable material.It can be directly applied onto the surface of heat sinks or metal baseplates,to form a continuous, highly adherent thermal conductive and insulating film.
It creates an integrated interface combining thermal conduction, electrical insulation and protection,serving as an innovative option for high‑power module packaging.
It is suitable for high heat‑density applications such as AI power supplies, high‑power DC/DC converters, OBC, and server VRM modules.

2. Power electronics

Power electronics demands higher efficiency/power density; high-frequency magnetic components need greater compactness/integration, fueling planar transformers to replace conventional wire-wound types in many industries.

MCOTI has developed a series of adhesive product for the bonding of ferrite cores in planar transformers to meet the diverse customer application requirement, which has uniform bead size distribution ensures consistent and uniform air gaps; wide range of bead sizes available (0.5~250μm) and it’s compatible with SMT processes.

3. N‑PU 5200 Series

N‑PU 5200 Series is a solvent‑free, low‑odor, eco‑friendly UV‑moisture dual‑curing conformal coating. Featuring 100% solid content and multiple viscosity grades, it delivers uniform film thickness, anti‑sagging property and superior pin encapsulation performance with pin encapsulating rate ≥99% and low water absorption rate ≤0.13%. With UL V‑0 flame retardancy, a broad operating temperature range of ‑40℃‑125℃, it offers great anti‑condensation, anti‑electrochemical corrosion and anti‑ion‑migration capabilities.

Process‑friendly and compatible with various fluxes and coating methods, it provides fluorescent effect for convenient inspection.

Suitable for automotive electronics, new‑energy vehicles, consumer electronics and industrial applications.
