1. AlCrN (Aluminum Chromium Nitride) Coating


Before Coating: Raw, untreated surface; cover edges present visible residual adhesive or mechanical scratches.
After Coating: Cleaned surface; AlCrN coating exhibits uniform adhesion; smooth and flat edges with zero visual defects.
Technical Features: Excellent high-temperature oxidation resistance (up to 900–1000°C); significantly enhanced surface hardness and wear resistance.

2. DLC (Diamond-Like Carbon) Coating


Before Coating: Substrate retains original silver metallic color; low scratch and wear resistance.
