1. Oilless bearing(Self-lubricating bearing) can improve productivity and save cost/time by having the material properties which can withstand both high & low temperature, corrosive environment, foreign particles, and impact load. It is a plain bearing with graphite plugged to base metal.
Its representative application is ‘Servo Hydraulic Press slide bush’, ‘H Frame Hydraulic Press Plate, CNC and other machine tool system.

Develon bearing has been improved to make SGO be the No. 1 oilless & sliding bearing manufacturer in Korea and the world. This sliding bearing is steel-backed sintered metal bearing with excellent wear-resistance for heavy load and low/mid velocity.
Sintered materials (1~1.2mm) including Cu, Fe, Ni, Sn, MoS2, Graphite and oil impregnated pores are spotlighted as a new generational sliding bearings
