PRODUCTS

1. This digital automatic turret micro hardness tester is a new generation of multi-function touch screen micro hardness tester newly developed by our company. The hardness tester has novel shape, good reliability, operability and repeatability. Ideal for hardness. The machine adopts C language programming, high magnification optical measurement system and optical dual-channel structure, and new technologies such as photoelectricity and photocoupler sensing can meet the basic Vickers hardness test requirements, so that the measured values can be more quickly and accurately obtained and upgraded. The subsequent control operating system uses a 7-inch LCD touch screen to provide more measurement data and more comprehensive and accurate control.

2. In the metallographic sample preparation process, grinding and polishing of specimens are essential procedures. After grinding/polishing, the sample can obtain a mirror-like surface.
This metallographic sample grinding/polishing machine adopts frequency converter speed regulation, allowing the grinding/polishing disc’s rotation speed to be steplessly adjustable between 50-1000 r/min. By replacing metallographic sandpaper and polishing cloth, it completes the grinding and polishing processes, demonstrating broader applicability.
The casing features integral vacuum forming, with a novel appearance, and characteristics of stable rotation, low noise, user-friendly operation, and high work efficiency. Equipped with a built-in cooling device, it cools samples during grinding/polishing to prevent overheating-induced microstructural damage.Suitable for factories, universities, and research institutes’ metallographic laboratories, it is an ideal equipment for metallographic sample preparation.

3. This is an economical low-speed precision cutting machine, specifically designed for cutting small, soft, brittle, and irregularly shaped materials such as metals, composites, plastics, electronic components, biological samples, ceramics, cement, and rocks/minerals. It is also widely used for thin-section sample preparation.

The machine employs weight-loaded gravity feed for direct cutting and automatically stops after completion. Equipped with a micrometer device, it allows precise adjustment of cutting thickness to achieve accurate results. The touchscreen control interface offers clear and user-friendly operation, with adjustable cutting wheel speed.

To prevent sample overheating/burning during cutting, the machine features a built-in movable coolant tank. The rotating diamond cutting wheel continuously draws coolant to cool both the blade and sample, ensuring smooth, burn-free surfaces with high gloss and flatness.

Compact in design, it saves space while offering easy operation and maintenance.
