SXKH is the world’s leading manufacturer of Die & Mold Spotting presses. We mainly engage in researching, manufacturing and selling of mechanical, electronic, hydraulic, as well as automatic control equipment. Our products include Die Spotting Presses, Mold Flippers, Quick Die Change Systems, including Hydraulic Clamps, Electro-permanent Magnetic Chucks.
SXKH is located in Shanghai City, and we have two plants in Ningbo, China, which can provide an annual production capacity of 200 sets of Die spotting presses. We are one of the earliest manufactures to produce Die Spotting presses in China. The whole manufacture process is strictly supervised by ISO9001 QMS, which ensures both the products’ quality, and technological advancement. All products have passed CE testing.

PRODUCTS

1. Die Spotting press

SXKH Offer die spotting press with clamping force from 30T to 1200T, A Die Spotting press is the surest & safe way to check the butting of core & cavity of dies & moulds. It allows you to conveniently match all the parts of the mould in a more comfortable position. Check and finish the die at one place in a more ergonomic position.

2. Mold Flipper

The machine is designed for flipping mold & die 90 degree. SXKH mold flipper features high turnover capacity, smooth and safe turnover process, it can minimize damage to mold & die, machine as well as the facility floor surface during flipping process. SXKH mold flipper enable fast and convenient flipping operation while ensuring full compliance with safe and civilized production standards. We have both mecahnical and hydraulic type flipper machine, as well as providing customized flipper machine, like 180 degree flipper machine, steel coil flipper machine.

3. Die Splitter

This is a multifunctional Mold inspection and Maintenance equipment. Mold can be tilted by 90 degrees and do mold maintenance on the machine. SXKH Die Splitter can do Mold hydraulic system testing, mold ejector testing and hydraulic slides testing at the same time via this machine. Inspection machine can be equipped with a quick die change system on both platen, In order to improve the efficiency of mold loading and unloading.
