PRODUCTS

PRO-E Collet Chuck

• Used with all ER collets.

• The enlarged design of the holder ID hole optimizes the coverage of the ER collet, shortens the tool overhanging length, and improves runout accuracy and machining stability.

• The design of straight parts above and below the thread makes PRO-E tool holders have better contact with clamping nuts to achieve higher runout accuracy.

• PRO-E nuts without slots reduce wind shear at high speed.

SAR Angle Head Holder

• For heavy-duty cutting

• Coolant feed through dowel pin into the body, coolant outlet from a coolant nozzle.

• Maximum revolution: 3000 rpm

• Maximum torque: 50 N·m

• Recommended cutting depth ≤ 4 mm

• Maximum coolant pressure: 7 kgf/cm²

• Workable with ATC automatic tool change system

• Direction of rotation: same as machine spindle

• Gear ratio 1:1

SMG Non-Pullout Milling Chuck

• Firmly clamps the tool, ideal for machining difficult-to-cut materials like titanium and nickel alloys.

• Patented positioning chip and backlash removal screw firmly clamp the tool, effectively preventing tool slippage and pullout during the manufacturing process.

• Used with standard Weldon tools (ISO3338-2, JIS B4005, DIN1835).

• SMG, designed with 3 coolant grooves and durable for coolant pressure up to 70 bar, can effectively improve metal chip removal and prolong tool life.
