LS SERIES DRY VACUUM PUMP LS120A

LS series dry pump with high pumping speed and low power consumption. You can choose the model with the optimal pumping speed for each application

Characteristic

The high-performance multi-voltage motor (IE3) is fully developed by ULVAC. A single motor can cover a wide voltage range, 200 to 240V/380 to 460V.
Forced oil circulation system. Pump speed is stable even around atmospheric pressure. It is suitable for repeated and continuous running between atmospheric pressure and vacuum.
Various options are available for special application. 3 types, types A, B and H, are available in addition to the standard type for special applications.

HELI GAS LEAK TEST

HELIOT900 is ULVAC’s Helium leak tester with: high-speed pumping capability, user-friendly operation and guaranteed top performance in all types of leak testing situations.

High speed pumping capability: 5L/s pumping speed for Helium gas In ULTRA mode.
Tablet controller: Wireless control is also used in the standard version.
Display configuration: Simple with high definition and easy to see test screen.
Many types of support pumps are available: Oil ring pumps and dry scroll pumps in various sizes.
Mobile cart friendly (HELIOT904_): Smaller sizes are also available (HELIOT901_).

COMBAT SERIES VACUUM HEAT TREATMENT OVEN

COMBAT series vacuum heat treatment furnaces are used for many different purposes such as Quenching, Tempering, Sintering. The product is optimally researched and designed by ULVAC’s R&D research institutes in Japan and is constantly improved and updated with the latest technology. This is the reason why this Vacuum Furnace receives high trust from all customers around the world.

Maximum temperature: 1,300°C
Operating temperature: 300°C ~ 1,250°C
Thermal uniformity: less than ± 5°C at 1,150°C
The heating system uses graphite rods
Everything from the vacuum pump, vacuum sensor, vacuum valve, and controller are manufactured by ULVAC itself.
Temperature control using PID differential algorithm. Combined with IGBT large capacity semiconductor valve system
Heating time from room temperature to 1,250 degrees within 1 hour
Time to reduce temperature from 1,250 degrees to below 150 degrees within 10 minutes
The tightness of the heating chamber is almost absolute.
