1. CLN-05 – AUTOMATIC BUTTON STRAPING MACHINE (DOUBLE HEADS)

CHARACTERISTICS
• The method of changing the stripping length is adjusted by the full-screen computer touch method, and the stripping length can be changed quickly and easily
• Servo motor control system is used to complete sizing, wire cutting, stripping and other actions, so the accuracy is higher, the operation is simpler, and the performance is more stable.
• Head stamping position, through the touch panel to adjust the head stamping position
• Stamping height is adjusted by a quick fine-tuning knob, with an accuracy of 0.02mm per square, can be adjusted manually without tools, very precise and convenient.
• Designed with 100 sets of memory functions, which can shorten the time of wire replacement and adjustment.
• ​Designed with forward wire feed barrel making wire feeding more stable.

2. CL-560+160+260L – AUTOMATIC WIRE CUTTING STRIPPING MACHINE

PRODUCT FEATURES
This machine is an fully automatic machine for wire cutting, one-end and two-end stripping, halfstripping and middle-stripping, which is especially suitable for mass production and less quantity but various types of production.
Provided with optional short-wire converter, CL-160 wire twister, CL-260L wire accepter for the production completeness.
Associated with CL-160 wire twister for both stripping and twisting.
Providing broader range of design and production, applicable for wire material from AWG#14 to AWG# 30.
Using Japanese 5-phase stepping motor for dimensional control to providing high productivity and precise dimensioning.
Using button switch for configurations, which is easy and convenient.
Operation panel providing selection of Chinese or English display to make the operation easier and clearer.
For changing wire material specification, only changing wire material specification for production.
Designed with memory function for faster and more convenient production configuration.

3. C3-2.0/2.5 – SERVER MOTOR SEMI-AUTOMATIC TERMINAL CRIMPING MACHINE

PRODUCT FEATURES

This machine is driven by a server motor of construction and offers maximum precision and free of delays and troubles in mechanical movements in conventional clutches, this machine comes with minimum number of movement parts avoid wear and replacements, maximum torque, minimum vibration, high stability assuring noise-free working environment.
It comprises wide applications capable to fit vertical and horizontal molds many brands.

The special designed digital knob allows you to adjust the cutting depth without having to disassemble the machine. It has an accuracy range within 0.02mm
