AT3051 Series Pressure Sensor

The pressure sensor is suitable for measuring the flow of liquids, gases, or steam, as well as liquid levels, density, and pressure. It converts these measurements into a standard 4-20mA signal or for DCS PLC systems, forming an integrated automatic control system. Its stable and highly accurate sensor can also measure static pressure, which can be displayed on an integrated LCD screen or monitored remotely via HART communication. The pressure sensor offers outstanding capabilities such as:

Electromagnetic Flow Sensor

The electromagnetic flow meter uses an intelligent converter that displays in both Chinese and English, equipped with a 16-bit embedded microprocessor. It features all-digital processing, with the capability to measure bidirectional flow, instantaneous flow, and both positive and negative accumulation. The flow meter is suitable for measuring liquids with conductivity and can be applied to DN6-DN2000. It outputs a 4-20mA signal corresponding to a measured flow rate of 0.1-10 m/s on an LCD screen. We offer optional outputs such as pulse, RS485, RS232, HART, and Modbus. It is designed to measure the volumetric flow of conductive environments such as clean water, wastewater, acids, alkalis, sludge, food-grade liquids, and saline solutions.

Vortex Flow Sensor

The vortex flow meter is a type of velocity flow meter that is based on the Kármán vortex theory and uses piezoelectric crystals to detect the frequency of vortices generated by fluid flow past a triangular prism in the pipeline, subsequently measuring the fluid flow rate. It offers advantages such as a wide flow range, high accuracy, low pressure loss, good average generality, and a pulse output signal that is proportional to the flow rate, making it convenient to connect to computers, etc. It is widely used for measuring LPG gas, natural gas, nitrogen gas, petroleum products, as well as in the chemical, light industrial, and heating supply sectors.

Ultrasonic Sensor

The ultrasonic level meter is a digital level gauge controlled by a microprocessor. Ultrasonic pulses generated by the sensor (transducer) are emitted during the measurement, and the sound waves reflected off the liquid surface are received by the same sensor or an ultrasonic receiver. These waves are converted into an electrical signal by piezoelectric crystals or magnetic devices, calculating the time taken for the sound waves to travel from the sensor to the measured liquid surface. Due to the non-contact measurement, the media measured is nearly unlimited, making it suitable for measuring the height of various types of liquid and solid materials.

Radar Sensor

This series of radar level meters uses high-frequency radar sensors operating at 26 GHz, with a maximum measuring range of up to 80 meters. The antenna is further optimized, and the new fast microprocessor offers higher speed and efficiency for signal analysis. The device can be used for reactors, solid silos, and very complex measurement environments.

Inverter

The Inomax inverter series, including the ACS580, ACS880, and MAX500, features similar software and hardware to ABB products, offering direct torque control and energy-saving functions, as well as four-quadrant feedback and energy regeneration capabilities. With integrated filters and reactors, these inverters provide excellent performance and are widely applicable in industries such as steel, cement, chemicals, oil and gas, electricity, polymers & rubber, pulp & paper, sugar, minerals, and mining.

Control Valve

The electric actuated ball valve consists of an electric actuator and a wafer-style V-type ball valve. When the adjustable electric actuator receives a 4-20mA output signal from the controller, it outputs a 4-20mA feedback signal to the controller, reflecting the real-time position of the ball valve. This allows for convenient remote control. There is a V-shaped groove on the surface of the ball core, which results in a small minimum adjustable flow rate, while the large flow capacity allows for a relatively high maximum adjustable flow rate. The ratio of both is adjustable, and its value is significantly greater than that of conventional control valves. The flow characteristics are approximately fractional. Additionally, the permissible pressure differential is large, providing good anti-blocking performance and making it suitable for a wide range of applications, allowing it to be used as a control valve.

The WMKY-2000 fixed gas detector utilizes advanced contact or electrochemical gas sensors to convert gas concentration in the air into a digital output signal.
