Automatic Warehouse Racks

1. The 4-way Shuttle Racking System

It uses shuttle robots to transport goods within the warehouse. The robots can move in four directions (left, right, up, and down), optimizing the picking and storing processes. This system is fully automated, making it ideal for warehouses that require the storage of large volumes of palletized goods with fast and accurate retrieval.

4-Way Shuttle racks are typically used in cold storage warehouses, chemical storage warehouses, food storage facilities, and e-commerce warehouses.

2. Mobile Shelving

Mobile Shelving (also known as hand-crank shelving) is a type of movable storage system consisting of shelving units mounted on mobile bases that travel along tracks. The shelving movement mechanism can be either fully automatic or semi-automatic (manual operation).

Mobile Shelving have a maximum load capacity ranging from 100 to 300 kg per shelf level. They are widely used in libraries, document and archive storage, electronic component storage, vaccine storage, pharmaceutical storage, and more.

3. AS/RS racking

AS/RS racking is a system designed for high-density storage of goods (including palletized items) with fully automated retrieval capabilities. The system consists of a racking structure combined with automated robots or stacker cranes to handle the storage and retrieval of goods.

ASRS systems have a maximum load capacity of 1.5 tons per pallet. They are suitable for warehouse systems with high-speed loading and unloading, such as material warehouses, component warehouses, and raw material warehouses.
