is Camless CNC Multi-Axis Rotary Wire Spring Former machine. Special camless design equipped with Vinston’s free arm technology that enables our series of spring machines to easily produce all kinds of difficult springs that is 30% or more efficient than traditional cam type spring former. Windows based operating system. Advance attachments such as rotary wire, spinner, and the x-y free arm can be optionally equipped to the machine.

Composite precise tooling prevents collisions, minimize heat generation and tool lost. Fault detection and warning systems provide lights out productions. A Windows operating system with muti-language support facilitates ease of use and a minimal learning curve.

machine can produce wire from 0.15mm to 1.5mm every kinds spring as stable, fast production rate and good quality. All servo slides utilize double rails for stable and precise adjustments. X-Y slide (lateral slide) facilitates pitch adjustments and privides an extra blade option. Dual or Two spinner support. Fault detection and warning systems provide lights out production. No rotary wire component.
