CC-LINK PARTNER ASSOCIATION (CLPA)

CC-Link Partner Association (CLPA) is a non-profit organization that oversees the development and promotion of CC-Link open industrial network technology. The association was formed in Japan in 2000 and has since expanded globally, with regional offices in Asia, Europe, and the Americas.

CC-Link open network technology supports the equipment used in factories and automation systems. It enables seamless data exchange between different devices allowing for efficient and reliable control of the manufacturing process.

The CLPA promotes the benefits of the technology to manufacturers and end-users worldwide. The association also provides technical support, certification programs, and training to ensure that CC-Link networks are implemented correctly and efficiently.

CLPA is a global operation with local offices in 11 regions worldwide. Each office works to increase the adoption of CLPA networks by device makers, machine builders and end-users operating in these regions.

CLPA’s 11 global offices are located in Japan, Korea, Taiwan, North America, Europe, China, ASEAN, India, Turkey, Mexico and Thailand. These offices promote CC-Link/CC-Link IE technology and provide a wide range of services for CLPA members.

CC-Link IE TSN (Time-Sensitive Networking) is a high-speed, open industrial Ethernet network that enables real-time control and communication between industrial devices and systems. It combines the existing CC-Link IE protocol with TSN technology, which provides deterministic and time-sensitive communication capabilities for industrial automation applications.

CC-Link IE TSN supports multiple network topologies, including star, line, and ring configurations, to meet the needs of various industrial applications. It also offers interoperability with other open networks, such as PROFINET, EtherNet/IP, and Modbus TCP/IP.

The benefits of CC-Link IE TSN include high-speed communication, reliable performance, real-time synchronization, and interoperability with other networks. These features make it an ideal solution for demanding applications in manufacturing, automotive, robotics, and other industries that require fast, deterministic, and synchronized data exchange between devices and systems.
