FANUC Series 0i-MODEL F Plus
FANUC Series 0i-MODEL F Plus is a line of CNC control machines inherited from Series 0i-MODEL F with improved design, enhanced basic functions and special emphasis on ease of use.
It is equipped with the latest control technology for fine surface machining and reduced cycle times, as well as customizable functions that can flexibly create suitable displays for machine tools.
LADDER Robot SR-20iA
FANUC has developed the SCARA SR-20iA Robot with a payload of 20kg and a reach of 1100mm. The payload and reach of the SCARA Robot SR-20iA are larger than current models, and allow for handling heavier objects over a larger area.
This robot expands the portfolio of FANUC’s SCARA Robots and enables a wide range of customer automation needs to be met. FANUC also offers diverse options such as water/dust protection and chemical resistant paint.
FANUC ROBOCUT α-CiC series
ROBOCUT is a high-performance and reliable wire pulse cutting machine that utilizes FANUC’s latest CNC and servo technology. With extremely sturdy mechanical structure and the latest electric pulse device and pulse control function, ROBOCUT can achieve high-speed and high-precision cutting of materials and molds.
High cutting performance
- The mechanical structure, electric pulse unit and pulse control have been innovated for cutting at high speed, high precision and high quality.
- Mechanical rigidity has been enhanced to reduce machine deformation, thereby allowing high precision cutting of perfect circles and high precision of pitch.
- The power supply for the finishing process is known as SF3, which allows both size reduction and high electrical pulse frequency, for a smoother finished surface.
- iPulse3 pulse control optimizes cutting conditions and speeds for angles and step shapes for improved cutting performance.
Minimize machine downtime
- The extremely reliable automatic wire feeding system, AWF3, allows unmanned operation to continue for long periods of time.
- With its simple structure, the automatic wire feeding system has excellent maintainability. The success rate for wire extraction is exceptional and high reliability is guaranteed over the long term.
- The air retest function vibrates the wire tip being withdrawn, providing a high success rate even when wire breaks are encountered or when small diameter holes are used.
- The twin servo wire feeding system prevents wire wobble and precisely adjusts wire tension.
