Located in Hanoi & Established in 2003 according to the Minister Decision of the Ministry of Planning and Investment (MPI) 22th Oct 2009, changed the name from Technical  Assistance Centre for SME in Hanoi to The Assistance Center for SMEs in the North (TAC is in use till date) Providing public services to assist SMEs improving their business performance (productivity, quality, energy conservation etc)
